What people usually ask
How long does a repair take?
Most screen and battery replacements are done the same day, often while you wait. Bigger jobs — liquid damage, board-level soldering or ordering a specific part — usually take 2–5 working days. You get a timeframe together with the price.
What does it cost to have my device looked at?
Computer diagnostics are free if you then have the repair done with us. For hi-fi and amplifiers, diagnostics start at 395 DKK, which is deducted from the repair. You always get a fixed price before we start, and we never carry out work you haven't approved.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. We give a 3-month warranty on the work carried out and on the parts we fit. It doesn't cover new damage, liquid damage or breakage that happens after the repair.
Do you use original parts?
We use original parts where it makes sense and is possible, and otherwise quality-tested A-grade parts from regular suppliers. We always tell you which type of part is going in, and what the difference is, before you say yes.
Will I lose my data?
A normal screen or battery repair doesn't touch your data. With software or logic-board work, data can in rare cases be lost, so we always recommend a backup before you hand the device over. We'll say so if a repair carries any risk to your data.
Do you also repair hi-fi, amplifiers and DJ gear?
Yes. Alongside phones, computers and tablets we service and repair amplifiers, speakers, mixers and DJ equipment — including soldering, component replacement and restoring older hi-fi.

We're in Copenhagen. Message or call first so we can agree a time — that way we know the part is in stock and you avoid waiting.
